The Heart of the our machines is a M.F. induction power system of new generation, with the Machine completely controlled by an integrated microprocessor system.
CONTINUOUS CASTING FURNACES
Our new series of continuous casting furnaces replaces the previous version FCC/OPTI and takes advantage from both experiences.
A new towing system in aluminium is integrated in the melting chamber. Just by removing the protection carter you can approach the graphite equipment.
Time for intervention, like as changing crucible/die, thermocouples is strongly reduced.
Towing has been redesigned on structure of previous one. It is cooled by water and works with a step-by-step motor and an epicycloidal reducer. Cooling socket has been also improved to get the best efficiency from graphite equipment.
FURNACES FOR THERMIC TREATMENT
Our annealing furnaces are made by a tubular frame and panels, making general maintenance interventions easier!
Resistances and special refractory insulating panels, with high thermal features, make up heating muffles. Special stainless steel heating chambers can resist to strong temperature changes. A burner placed in front of chamber’s way in avoids entrance of oxygen and improves deoxidation.
CASTING MACHINES
OPC is a series of casting machines, with melt in protected conditionby using hermetic closing.
A glass window allows operator to see melting process. Protection of metal during melting process takes place by injection of Argon or Nitrogen in the chamber and casting chamber can be done). Another point of gas injection is between melting chamber and casting chamber, where pressure on just-melted tree guarantees a good result. All electronic components are separated from the rest of the machine in a special case.
